Postage & Handling
We ship domestically within Australia and Internationally. Your orders will be dispatched and posted within 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected.
Customers can enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders over $150, applied automatically at the checkout.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days within Queensland and 3-6 business days interstate (metro to metro).
Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a cost based on the weight of the parcel:
For parcels under 500grams the cost of shipping is $9.20.
For parcels 500grams - 1kg the cost of shipping is $12.15.
For parcels 1kg - 3kg the cost of shipping is $15.75.
Express Shipping
Express shipping takes 1 day metro to metro.
Express shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a cost based on the weight of the parcel: the cost starting at $12.15 for under 500g. Over 500g - 1kg has the cost of $16, and parcel 1kg-3kg has the cost of $19.75.
For parcels under 500grams the cost of Express shipping is $12.15.
For parcels 500grams - 1kg the cost of Express shipping is $16.00.
For parcels 1kg - 3kg the cost of Express shipping is $19.75.
International Shipping
International shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post. Cost of shipping depends on delivery location and order weight and will be advised at the time of order. International shipping depends on location but an expected timeframe can be advised at the time of order.
Signature on Delivery
Australia Post requires a signature unless you specify otherwise when placing your order. If you request a parcel be left unattended, you do so at your own risk, unless you have provided an authority to leave at time of placing your order.
Disclaimer
Once a parcel has been delivered to your delivery address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. When providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as Australia Post will return to sender if you do not make these details clear. We can redeliver parcels where the address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, this will incur the usual delivery charge for standard registered post or for express post.
