Nervous System Regulation for Women, and the Essences That Anchor It

One Day Workshop | November 14 | The Spiritorium (Mt Nebo QLD).

As women, we are taught to manage our bodies, not understand or work with them. This workshop shifts the focus from management to understanding the nervous system, reading its signals, and working with it instead. Instead of "just calming down" we explore what that means for our own nervous systems, and how we can assist others to get to know their own.

Across the day you'll learn to read your own nervous system and build a practical, personalised toolkit for regulation using HeartRadiance flower essences.

What you'll explore:

• Neuroception: how your body scans for safety and danger below conscious awareness.

• The Three States: safety and connection, fight or flight, and freeze and shutdown and why understanding this hierarchy removes the shame from survival responses.

• Regulation vs Dysregulation: why the goal isn't to be perpetually regulated, but to build flexibility and find your way home.

• Blended states: including the underrated "sacred still," the space where deep rest and safety meet.

• Your Personal Anchor: practical, accessible resources (breath, movement, essences) matched to where your system goes under stress.

Woven throughout the day are experiential regulation practices and an introduction to flower essences as a somatic anchor, so you leave with a felt sense of your own patterns.

The Essences:

As an advanced workshop, you'll work with 10 HeartRadiance flower essences across the day, each matched to a state or pattern covered in the sessions above:

• Regulation and connection: Blue Mink, Acacia & Dandelion.

• Mobilisation states (crisis, anxiety, anger, insecurity): Sensitive Plant, Bromeliad.

• Shutdown states (withdrawal, grief, despair, loss of self): Cassia, Black Nightshade, Swamp Lily

• Mixed states: Storm Lily

• Held Trauma: Native Hibiscus

By the end of the day, you'll have a working map of your own nervous system patterns, and a set of tools you can reach for when regulation seems out of reach.
