+ How to Use

Recommended Usage

Select the Chakra essence that will support your emotional, physical or spiritual needs.

1. Prepare into a Dose strength for oral usage.
2. Use as a concentrate for addition to essential oil blends, baths or topical uses such as creams or massage oils.

Preparation of Concentrate Essence (creating Dose Essences)

Recommended for practitioner use, or for repeated personal use.

1 x 15ml concentrate bottle makes approximately 40 x 30ml dose strength essences.

Note: We do not recommend mixing the Chakra concentrates, as they contain multiple flower and crystal essences. For best results with blended essence, we recommend using them one at a time.

To create dose from concentrate:

1. Fill a 15ml - 30ml dropper bottle with a base preparation of 1/3 brandy and 2/3 purified water, leaving room for the addition of your concentrate Chakra essence.
2. Place seven (7) drops of your Concentrate Essence into the bottle.
3. Tighten lid and percuss bottle on the heel of your hand.
4. Label your Essence (so you don't forget what it is!) and your Dose essence is now ready to be taken orally.

Place seven (7) drops of Dose Essence directly under the tongue, twice a day or as required.
