A soft-stemmed creeper, it is also known as Scurvy Weed because the early settlers used it to ward off scurvy. Commelina features three electric-blue petals which shimmer and sparkle in the sun and three gold-tipped stamens. It survives best by growing close to the ground. However, the bright, sparkling blue flowers sit up as if they want to be noticed. It is as if the flower is drawing attention to the connection between the mind-body-spirit, notifying the physical aspect to be conscious of the interrelationship. This essence helps us to choose our words well, allowing one to relax, move the fear and connect to our Higher Self wisdom.

Usage for Dose Essence

Recommended for personal use. Ready to use.

Place seven (7) drops of Dose Essence directly under the tongue, twice a day or as required.

Preparation of Concentrate Essences

Recommended for practitioner use and for repeated personal use. Makes multiple dose strength essences.

Place seven (7) drops of your Concentrate Essence into a 15ml - 30ml dropper bottle filled with a base of 1/3 brandy and 2/3 purified water.
