Clearing the Path to your Soul Purpose

Fulfilling our soul purpose is a profound journey of self-discovery and alignment with our deepest essence. It involves uncovering the authentic core of who we are and understanding the unique gifts and passions that reside within us. Our soul purpose transcends societal expectations or external pressures, tapping into a resonance that speaks directly to the essence of our being. To fulfil our soul purpose is to embark on a path that feels like a spiritual homecoming, where our actions, choices, and endeavours are in harmony with our souls.

Discovering and living our soul purpose is about heeding the call of our innermost desires and aspirations, often guided by an intuitive compass that directs us toward meaningful pursuits. It can be anything we deeply resonate with: animals, plants, working with people, the environment, art, etc. The fulfillment derived from living in alignment with our soul purpose extends beyond external achievements; it encompasses a profound sense of satisfaction, purpose, and a deep connection with the greater tapestry of existence.

In essence, fulfilling our soul purpose is an ongoing process of self-realisation and growth. It involves embracing the journey with openness, learning from challenges, and celebrating the moments of alignment when we feel most connected to the true essence of who we are. When we honour our soul purpose, we contribute our unique gifts to the world, creating a ripple effect that extends far beyond our individual existence. In this journey, we not only fulfill our own destinies but also become co-creators of a more harmonious and interconnected world.

Soul Star Essence + Spray Mist

Soul Star Chakra Essence and Spray Mist bring to awareness your uniqueness and the skills you bring into this one life. Use of Soul Star can facilitate finding the balance between caring for others and putting our own soul’s needs first. When we walk our talk and fulfill our own soul purpose, we are better able to help others, be it as a healer, teacher, creator or by letting your own star shine, thus giving permission for others to do the same.
For daily use, place seven (7) drops of Soul Star Chakra Essence directly under the tongue, morning and night. For daily use, close your eyes and spray Soul Star gently around your head and body whenever needed.

Nourishing your Soul Star

Amidst the noise of every day life, it's easy to get caught up in the mundane routines and responsibilities that consume our days and lose touch with the whispers of our innermost selves. This inner voice, often referred to as our spiritual voice, is a source of clarity, intuition, and insight and if we give ourselves the space we can tap into a profound reservoir of wisdom and guidance. Through reflection, we create a sanctuary for our spiritual voice to emerge, guiding us towards greater alignment with our true purpose and essence. This is nourishment for your Soul Star, the seat of the 9th chakra.

This month aim to begin each day with at least 10 minutes of quiet reflection and introspection. Use this period for meditation or to appreciate the beauty of the natural world and the marvels of life itself. What emotions or thoughts arise during this interval?

The practice can be harnessed to ask specific questions and trust in the answers you give yourself.

  • Find a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for 10 minutes. Sit comfortably & warm. Place a piece of paper and a pen next to you.

  • Focus on your breathing – in & out gently until you feel your whole body and mind relax.

  • This is an exercise in deep listening to yourself. There is no need for rationalising or clever answers, just receive all that comes up for you with unconditional love.

  • Ask yourself - ”What would I do if I did not fear?”

  • Let the question settle deep within you. Place your hand on your heart, feel the pulse and the question deep within. Let the answer arise.

  • Allow your longings, your big purpose, your passions, your loves to surface without censure. No ifs and buts, no others getting in the way, no ‘But I need to do this first’.

  • When your stream of consciousness slows down, open your eyes and write down all that came up for you.
